About B'Fly
As a non-profit organization started in Atlanta in 2005, B’Fly Girls set out to provide quality mentorship and leadership to young girls across the metro Atlanta area. In 2019, BFG expanded it’s footprint to begin providing mentoring in Baton Rouge, LA. Putting much of the focus on minority youth, B’Fly has made great strides to help young girls understand their self-worth and to provide them with the tools to make a lasting mark in the world.
B’Fly Girls, Inc. partners with schools, community centers and faith-based organizations to provide influential youth mentoring services to young girls in a safe and trusting environment. We also expose our girls to community service opportunities and empowering educational field trips to further enhance their life experience.

Meet our Founder
Lisa T. French - Founder / Board President
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Lisa’s education was in the Atlanta Public School District, which is where she experienced supportive, caring and motivating adults (primarily women) who believed in her potential. Lisa’s parents, teachers, and other adults in her village, pushed her to always give her best and work hard. After high school, Lisa completed a double major at Florida A&M University in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering, and subsequently a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. During her education and professional years, she has been blessed to have mentors, both formally and informally.
