B’Fly is recruiting qualified and dedicated mentors to serve our girls! Mentors are needed for girls in elementary, middle and high school. The need for well committed mentors is something that we always have. As we continue to establish new partnerships that provide access to mentor more young girls, we work to build our candidate pool to make sure we can meet the need as we onboard new girls.
How to B'Come a B'Fly Mentor...
We are always looking to add to our community! Our pool of mentors represent the diverse group of mentees that we support. Our requirements for participation are as follows:
MENTORS:
Minimum requirement of 1 year (calendar school year)
5-6 hour monthly commitment
Passing our application process (application, interview, references, background check and training)
